As Project Manager for the 2006 Water Year Groundwater Management Program, Mr. O’Neill provided hydrogeologic consulting on water supply and water quality issues, including: analysis of various environmental pollution matters, interpretation of groundwater levels and the basin water budget (overdraft), review of planned development and artificial recharge, location and testing of proposed water supply wells, the development of a hydrologic database, and groundwater model maintenance and application. Mr. O’Neill prepared an update to the Groundwater Management Program report, and presented the report to the District’s Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. O’Neill has consulted with the District on development and integration of the new hydrologic database.
